Low pressure and moving east across the northwest Gulf will bring strong winds and rough seas today. Widespread rain with isolated thunderstorms will accompany the system. Winds and rains will diminish tonight into Saturday as the system exits to the east.

North winds 15 to 20 knots. Seas 5 to 7 feet subsiding to 3 to 4 feet after midnight.
Sunday
North winds 10 to 15 knots. Seas 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 2 feet or less in the afternoon.
