Synopsis For The Middle Texas Coastal Waters
A vigorous upper level disturbance will move across the region tonight. As a result...the surface low pressure system near the offshore waters will move toward the northeast overnight. A moderate to strong offshore flow will develop in its wake tonight and persist through Saturday morning. The offshore flow will decrease Saturday afternoon and become onshore Sunday. Onshore flow will gradually increase through Monday ahead of another cold front which will move through the coastal waters on Tuesday. Scattered showers and thunderstorms can be expected ahead of the front. A strong offshore flow will develop in the wake of this next front.

Northeast winds around 10 knots. Seas 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet after midnight.

East winds around 10 knots. Seas 1 to 3 feet.
Sunday Night
Southeast winds around 10 knots. Seas 1 to 3 feet.
Monday
Southeast winds around 15 knots diminishing to around 10 knots after midnight. Seas 1 to 3 feet. Slight chance of showers and thunderstorms.
Tuesday
Light winds becoming east around 15 knots in the afternoon...then becoming northeast around 20 knots. Seas 3 to 5 feet. Chance of showers and thunderstorms.
Wednesday
