Aviation...I-35 corridor terminal sites MVFR ceilings will persist 
until 18z becoming VFR. MVFR ceilings will redevelop with patchy MVFR 
visibilities after 04z. Ksat terminal ceilings will lower to IFR after 10z. 
Southeast winds generally around 10 to 15 kts. Kdrt terminal MVFR 
ceilings until 18z becoming VFR. MVFR ceilings redeveloping after 10z. 
Southeast winds generally around 10 to 15 kts with occasional 
gusts during the afternoon and late tonight.

Discussion...as low level Gulf flow continues...abundant moisture 
is in place across south central Texas. Significantly higher dew 
points this morning than previous mornings...resulting in much warmer 
minimum temperatures. The middle and upper level cloudiness 
traversing the region is a result of Norbert. Skies will be a bit 
more cloudy over the next couple of days. 


Saturday will be warm and breezy with cloudy skies giving way to 
partly cloudy conditions in the afternoon. The low level moisture 
axis will become more pronounced over the Rio Grande plains 
Saturday night through Sunday night as the upper level trough 
tracks east. Although abundant moisture will be in place across the 
region...no real triggers creating organized convection are 
apparent...thus...only isolated showers are forecast late in the 
weekend. 


Rain chances will be on the increase Tuesday and Wednesday with 
the approach of the frontal boundary associated with the upper 
trough. However...models are not very consistent with the timing and 
intensity of this frontal passage. Rain chances will continue 
Wednesday into Friday as an easterly low level flow keeps abundant 
low level moisture entrenched over south central Texas. As a 
result...high temperatures will be in the low 80s.
