Update... 
made minor adjustments to short term wind flow but overall no 
changes to the inherited forecast. Clouds have begun to slowly 
develop across the interior sections of Puerto Rico...but so far 
no showers activity detected at this time. Afternoon convection 
will again be focused across parts of the interior northwest and 
north central sections of the island...with gradual a diminishing 
and dissipation of activity after sunset.

Aviation update...still expct MVFR/IFR conds in rain showers/thunderstorms and rain between 
21/18-21z at tjbq...and vcty tjmz. Activity less likely over much 
of San Juan metropolitan area today...however one or two cumulus lines may develop 
over El Yunque and stream northwest vcty tjsj producing brief vcsh 
possible by the way 21/18-21z rain showers. Elsewhere and outside of the flying area....VA 
emissions continue off and on from Montserrat/trpg and faint plume visible 
streaming some 100 miles or so northwest of tkpk but becoming less visible as it 
moves away from source.
